What is the Matrix Data Center Campus?

The Matrix Campus is a 3-gigawatt (GW), hyperscale-ready data center development located in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Designed for the next wave of AI, cloud, and high-performance computing (HPC), the campus features 30 identical 100MW buildings and is optimized for NVIDIA GB300 GPUs, Tier I connectivity, and renewable energy integration.

Why is this project important?

Matrix is one of the few U.S.-based campuses capable of delivering 3GW of GPU-optimized, low-latency infrastructure to support AI/LLM growth. With demand for GPU capacity projected to exceed 10GW in the U.S. by 2027, Matrix is uniquely positioned to serve hyperscalers, cloud providers, and AI enterprises that need scalable, ready-to-deploy space.

When will capacity be available?

  • Q3 2026: 400MW (Buildings 1–4)

  • Q4 2026: 400MW (Buildings 5–8)

  • Jan–Apr 2027: Monthly delivery of additional 100MW phases

  • Full buildout (3GW): Completed by 2028 across 3 phases

Where is the project located?

Sulphur Springs, Texas — centrally positioned 1.5 hours east of Dallas along I-30. The region offers pro-business zoning, access to ERCOT’s competitive wholesale power market, and skilled labor without corporate income tax.

Who is behind the project?

The project is led by MSB Global Services, a developer of large-scale infrastructure for digital, renewable, and AI-driven ecosystems. Leadership includes:
