  1. Data Center Manager
  • Duties: Oversee all operations, budget, staffing, and vendor coordination. Report to regional VP or ownership. 
  • Skills: Leadership, ITIL or Uptime knowledge, vendor management. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering, IT, or Business 
  • Experience: 7–10+ years data center operations 
  • Salary: $180,000

  1. Critical Facilities Engineer (CFE)
  • Duties: Monitor and maintain HVAC, UPS, switchgear, PDUs, water systems. 
  • Skills: Mechanical/electrical systems, BMS/DCIM use, safety protocols. 
  • Education: AS or BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 
  • Experience: 3–5 years in data center or industrial critical environment
