Lauderdale, FL and was founded in 2009.

Sulphur Springs Data Center will utilize immersion cooling technolgies with zero water use and is a proposed development of 30 high density buildings in 3 phases over the next 5 years as part of Matrix Business Reserve, features extensive data halls, modern office spaces, and comprehensive employee facilities. We have the capacity to expand further, beyond 3GW providing custom solutions of all permutations and meeting all needs.

Our flagship site in Dallas region, TX, spans over 1,677 acres in the first 3 phases of development and is strategically positioned just 60 miles from Dallas metro area. With 800 MW of power available in Q 1, 2026 and scalability up to 3,000 MW, the campus is equipped to handle the largest and most demanding AI data requirements.
Sulphur Springs Data Center in Matrix Business Reserve stands out with approved zoning for data center use and on-site power, water and grid infrastructure, including a dedicated substation. This rare feature allows for faster deployment, making it easier to
scale beyond 3,000MW of Total Power. A total of 30 commercial conrecrete title up buildings are pre-approved.
We specialize in immersion cooling technology design and implementation. Completely quiet, 40% energy efficient with PUE of only 1.1 and no water use.
