Our site in Dallas region, TX, spans over 830 acres in the first 4 phases of development and is strategically positioned just 60 miles from Dallas metro area. With 200 MW of power available in 2025 and scalability up to 1000 MW, the campus is equipped to handle the largest and most demanding data requirements.
Sulphur Springs Data Center Industrial Park stands out with approved zoning for data center use and on-site power, water
and infrastructure, including a dedicated substation. This rare feature allows for faster deployment, making it easier to
scale from 10 MW to 1000 MW of Total Power without delays. A total of 30 commercial buildings are pre-approved
